Easy to use tools for modifying all aspects of the layout plus simple connection to external databases. Format labels so that printed output is always perfect, regardless of supplied data. Customise printing with your own prompts to guide unfamiliar operators.

Separate Printing Program
Avoid unauthorised changes to label layouts with the separate print program. A familiar Explorer-style interface, with thumbnail preview, makes label selection easy for inexperienced operators. Formatting applied during label design ensures that printed data is correct every time. The print program has no facilities for changing label layouts so they always print exactly as you intended.

Any Printer
EnLabel is the choice regardless of printer technology - Thermal Transfer, Laser, Ink Jet, Matrix … choose the printer that matches your requirements and operating environment. Thermal transfer for on-demand, laser for batch or ink jet for colour printing - EnLabel drives them all* and retains its easy to use print interface.

All Major Barcode Symbologies
EnLabel can generate fixed or variable barcodes using all the major symbologies :- Code 39, Interleaved 2 from 5, EAN/UPC, EAN128, MSI, Plessey, Telepen, Codabar, Postnet, UK Royal Mail etc.

Excellent Variable Handling
Label production often requires formatting of input data - EnLabel has comprehensive facilities for handling data… Keyboard Data Entry, Option Lists, Incrementing Numbers and Serial Numbering. Where more complicated processing is required, the Macro scripts feature provides all that a professional user needs for custom data manipulation.

Access Data from any Database
Your label data may be contained in existing databases - EnLabel lets you connect to these and present the user with a simple means to scroll through and select records for printing. Additional data can be entered in response to customised prompts. Data entered from the keyboard can be saved in a "data store" for re-use to avoid repetitive keying.

Standard Label Formats
We guarantee you'll be printing as quickly as possible using the predefined standard label layouts, including Odette, NATO and EAN Pallet. Use them as supplied or modify them for your own requirements.

Colour, Graphics Formats and Fonts
EnLabel is a true 32-bit Windows application - it gives you access to all the fonts installed on your system, a wide choice of colours and imports many different graphics formats. Additional fonts customised for labelling are also available.

Advanced Paper Handling
EnLabel simplifies paper handling. Just define the required printer type, paper size and source for your label layout - EnLabel automatically configures the printer for you prior to label output. This ensures that the printing process is as trouble-free as possible - once you've established the best settings for your printer, they are saved with the label layout and recalled each time it's printed.

Single, Multi-User and Licensing Options
Stand-alone and multi-user network versions are available. For larger installations site licensing facilities can easily be arranged.
